- Contact and qualify potential customers to assess their needs
- Schedule appointments and diligently follow up on leads
- Monitor and report progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective strategies for reaching targets
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and trade shows to establish relationships and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
