Job Description:
- Identify and connect with decision-makers at restaurants, bakeries, and food chains in Lahore.
- Understand client needs and pitch a tailored range of solutions, including Digital Marketing Services and SaaS offerings such as Meta and Google Ads, SEO, and branded online ordering platforms.
- Travel locally for in-person client meetings and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to unlock enterprise opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and onboarding plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategy and offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- This is a commission-based role, and earnings will depend on sales performance with clear monthly targets and incentives.
- A strong network of industry connections and the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-level or senior management.
- Demonstrated success in selling to large clients, franchises, or corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or tech-based product solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
- Proactive, strategic, and self-motivated, with a focus on closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site presentations.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based structure with clear performance expectations.
Salary: PKR 165,000- PKR 180,000
