Business Development Executive (E-commerce)

Your mission: generate leads, spark conversations, and get e-commerce brands excited about our Amazon PPC, Walmart management, and multi-channel growth solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through outbound methods such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and monitoring job boards
• Manage and respond to inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule discovery calls with the sales team
• Effectively pitch Urtasker’s services including Amazon PPC, Walmart management, and multi-channel growth solutions
• Build strong relationships with brand owners, resellers, and manufacturers by understanding their e-commerce pain points
• Maintain accurate records and track performance in the CRM 
• Continuously meet and exceed lead generation KPIs and sales metrics

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and business development within the e-commerce industry
• Proven track record of bringing in business through outbound and inbound efforts (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
• Excellent communication and cold calling skills — comfortable speaking with international clients and business owners
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, and other marketplace platforms
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM tools

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience working with an e-commerce or digital marketing agency
• Understanding of TikTok Shop or omnichannel retail strategies
• Existing network of e-commerce brands or contacts
