Requirements:

  • 1- 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in ERP sales.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and key business modules: Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, HRM, CRM, etc.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation cycles, including gap analysis, configuration, user training, and go-live support.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems (SaaS).
  • Understanding of industry-specific ERP requirements.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP-CRM integration.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive ERP software sales across sectors like manufacturing, trading, retail, and services.
  • Identify client pain points and align ERP solutions accordingly.
  • Use a consultative sales approach tailored to each businesss needs.
  • Act as an ERP product expert (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Collaborate with pre-sales to deliver demos and customized proposals.
  • Address integration, customization, and data migration requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, lead generation, needs analysis, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain client satisfaction, manage renewals, and promote upselling.
