Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Expert to drive new client acquisition and expand our portfolio of web development projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate high-quality leads via platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels
  • Craft persuasive, customized proposals and handle client communication professionally
  • Understand client requirements for web, CMS, or eCommerce development and coordinate with internal teams to prepare winning strategies
  • Present tailored project plans and solutions to potential clients
  • Manage the sales funnel, from initial outreach to contract finalization
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business
  • Collaborate with the SEO and development teams to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in web or software services
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to work independently, set targets, and deliver results
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
