Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in software sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in industries such as retail, hospitality, and beyond.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create customized software solutions and compelling proposals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximize sales potential.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or software sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, including POS and management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business growth.
