Position: Business Development Manager (On-Site)

Location: PIA Society C Block, Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 10 AM - 07 PM

Experience: 3+ years


About the Role:

KeepCoders is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is specifically for a software company, requiring hands-on experience with freelancing platforms, email marketing, and other high-impact marketing tools. Based in the vibrant PIA Society C Block, Johar Town, Lahore, this position offers a on-site work model, blending in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.


As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in leveraging freelancing platforms, email marketing, and other digital tools will be critical in identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Leverage freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) to generate leads, secure projects, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the software industry.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other marketing platforms to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in digital marketing, freelancing platforms, and business development.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Software Engineering or any related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, preferably within the software or IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and a strong understanding of their dynamics.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
