BEMSOL is fast growing Engineering & Construction company with 20 years of excellence in Pakistan and Middle-East.

Bemsol is specialized in execution of Large Scale Projects including Cement Plants, Power Plants, High rise buildings, Industrial process plant & Ground Engineering.


Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Business Development position based mainly at Head office Lahore and Middle East.


Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through diverse channels.
  • Timely acquiring Client's RFP's ( Request for Proposals) , RFQ ( Request for Quotation) with in dead lines.
  • Compile and organize financial and technical documents ensuring timely submissions.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to generate qualified leads and secure client contracts, showcasing a track record of delivering results.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals that highlight the company’s value proposition, expertise, and solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyse trends, identify growth opportunities, and understand potential client needs, enabling customized solutions.
  • Build and Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-tern collaboration.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance Indicators (KPIs), refining strategies and sales approaches to achieve and surpass business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of projects and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with a focus on the Construction / Ground Engineering sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Certifications in sales management is a plus).
  • Construction and Ground Engineering Industry knowledge.
  • Proven success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing high-value contracts, particularly in Pakistan and Middle East.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and establish credibility with clients.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
