Saivra Technologies is a full-stack software agency trusted by clients worldwide. We specialize in custom web development, SaaS platforms, mobile backends, admin panels, and digital product design — built on cutting-edge stacks like Laravel, React, Vue.js, WordPress, and APIs.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Executive who lives and breathes Upwork and freelance platforms, can talk tech (without being a dev), and is hungry to bring in consistent deals. If you’ve ever said, “I can sell anything if I believe in it,” we want to hear from you.
Lead Generation & Freelance Platform Management
- Manage and grow our Upwork agency profile – from job hunting to closing.
- Write daily, tailored proposals with a high-conversion mindset.
- Optimize bidding strategy: qualify jobs, test approaches, and analyze results.
- Explore and expand into other platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Bark, etc.
- Jump on discovery calls, qualify leads, and build trust with prospects.
- Understand client needs and recommend solutions from our service stack.
- Prepare and pitch proposals, estimates, and service packages.
- Handle objections and negotiations like a pro.
- Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Research and identify high-value niches, trends, and untapped markets.
- Work with leadership to refine ICP (ideal client profile) and messaging.
- Suggest service bundles, upsell opportunities, or recurring plans.
- Handover closed deals to the project team with clear scope and expectations.
- Stay in the loop post-deal to build long-term client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction, request testimonials, and encourage referrals.
- Report KPIs weekly (leads, proposals, conversions, revenue).
- Use CRM or project tools to track deals and communications.
- Recommend process improvements based on platform trends.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a software/web agency.
- Hands-on experience closing projects on Upwork (proof required).
- Solid understanding of web technologies (Laravel, APIs, CMS, SaaS, etc.).
- Strong written English – you can write killer proposals and outreach messages.
- Confident in video calls, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Worked with US/UK/EU clients.
- Ran cold email campaigns or used tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, or Sales Navigator.
- Familiar with CRMs like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Trello for deal tracking.
- Written content for LinkedIn or helped build brand credibility online.
- Base Salary: Market-competitive (based on experience) - Target Based
- Commission: % on each closed deal

This Job is target-based, and the base salary will be only eligible if you achieve the target or you will be compensated according to your target slabs.
