Business Development Manager

Salary: Fixed + Commission on each closed client
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help us consistently bring in new clients from both local and international markets. This role requires strong research, outreach, and communication skills, along with the ability to understand what businesses need and how our services can help them.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through online platforms and directories
- Reach out to prospects through professional channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, messaging, social platforms, etc.)
- Working on international platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Represent Cyborg Solutions’ services effectively during client outreach
- Manage lead pipelines and track progress through structured follow-ups
- Collaborate with the technical team to pass on qualified leads for closing
- Maintain documentation and reporting of leads and outcomes
Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or outreach (preferably in a digital services company)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, freelance marketplaces, or B2B databases
- Basic understanding of web development, social media, and digital marketing services
- Experience with proposal writing or client communication
- Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM systems
- Background in international freelancing platforms (a plus)
