Role Description


This is an on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Multan. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing new markets, and achieving growth objectives. Duties also include market research, competitor analysis, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in executing strategies.


Qualifications


Strong analytical and market research skills with experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and similar prospecting tools.

Expertise in Lead Generation through email outreach, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for pipeline and client relationship management.

Experience with data scraping, email verification, and automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Skrapp, Lusha).

Solid understanding of IT services, SaaS products, Mobile App Development, Web Solutions, and Cloud-based technologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional software and IT teams.

Proven track record in Business Development, Relationship Management, and achieving sales targets in IT/Software industries.

Experience in sales and marketing strategy, including cold outreach campaigns, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
