Role Overview:
As part of our expansion, ZRYYA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client engagement, lead generation, and relationship building, and who is eager to contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to ensure informed, targeted outreach.
- Perform market research to identify new vendors and business opportunities..
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to support overall business growth.
- Identify decision-makers, set initial appointments, and manage follow-up activities.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach
- Understanding of European B2B market trends (bilingual candidates preferred)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using sales tools and CRM platforms
