We're on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who knows how to sell marketing, staffing, and sales services like a pro. If you have experience in these industries and know how to turn prospects into clients, we want to talk to you!

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for our marketing, staffing, and sales services
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Craft compelling pitches that highlight the value of our services
  • Manage and nurture relationships to drive conversions


What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Business development, specifically in marketing, staffing, or sales services
  • Strong B2B sales skills you know how to sell services that drive business growth
  • A self-starter who can prospect, qualify, and close deals
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to hit and exceed sales targets
