Working Hours: 6pm to 3am (PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Salary Range: 150k + Quarterly Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally engage in conversations with clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers in the US market
- Conduct B2B outbound calls and generate business leads.
- Align business opportunities with the company's strategic objectives.
- Handle complex inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proficiency in written and verbal English with excellent listening skills.
- Maintain detailed records of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage time effectively and multitask efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify trends that may affect business strategies.
- Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or MBA preferred.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in business development in US Market.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
