Business Development Specialist - SkyCrunch

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a diligent, dedicated, and dynamic individual to join our Lahore, Pakistan office as a Flight Planning and Business Development Specialist for our aviation stop planning (ASP) web business. Our ASP business aggregates fuel prices and Fixed-Based Operators (FBOs) handling fees into a web-based platform, optimizing routes and fuel stops for long-distance private aircraft flights globally. This role involves researching flight planning requirements (permits, filing procedures/ slot coordination etc) and their associated fees. This role will transition to a Business Development role focused on reaching out to and onboarding our target user base, FBOs and Fuel Providers. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish subject matter expertise in flight planning to guide product development
• Identify resources to gather information pertaining to flight planning
• Reach out to pilots, aircraft owners and trip planners globally via emails, calls and forums to demonstrate our product's scope and explain its benefits for their trip planning process.
• Lead marketing and sales efforts by communicating with FBOs and fuel providers across 20,000 airports worldwide.
• Identify market trends and customer requirements for our product.
• Develop short, medium, and long-term plans to onboard users.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
