ABOUT THE COMPANY:

SkyCrunch provides advanced trip planning solutions for the aviation industry. Our intuitive, map-based interface enables pilots, operators, and other aviation professionals to easily review fuel and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) costs at potential refueling stops. By entering basic flight details, users receive real-time cost estimates across multiple airports, allowing for visual comparison and more informed, cost-effective decision-making. The platform is built to serve a broad range of users - including pilots, operations staff, aircraft owners, and anyone involved in flight planning. Our primary data focus is on two key sources: FBOs and fuel providers.


ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a diligent, dedicated, and dynamic individual to join our Lahore, Pakistan office as a Business Development Specialist. This role involves becoming an expert in flight planning requirements and their associated fees, which will be necessary to understand the pain points of our target user base: pilots, operations staff and aircraft owners. Simultaneously, we need to increase our FBO and Fuel Provider coverage, as the data we acquire from them is critical to the value we offer. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish subject matter expertise in flight planning to guide product development
  • Identify resources to gather information pertaining to flight planning
  • Reach out to pilots, aircraft owners and trip planners globally via emails, calls and forums to demonstrate our product's scope and explain its benefits for their trip planning process.
  • Lead marketing and sales efforts by communicating with FBOs and fuel providers across 4,000 airports worldwide.
  • Identify market trends and customer requirements for our product.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term plans to onboard users.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer and IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
