ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Team Lead to spearhead our inside sales efforts for our Filtration product line from our Lahore, Pakistan office. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with 3+ years of direct sales experience and proven leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will lead by example, balancing personal sales goals with the development and support of a high-performing inside sales team. They will collaborate with the global sales manager, foster relationships with potential and existing customers, and strategically shape our growth objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIE:

  • Lead and mentor the inside sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new leads and business opportunities worldwide.
  • Engage with global customers, qualify leads, and drive deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes using CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams across territories to align efforts and achieve common objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the existing sales pipeline to ensure smooth and timely deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop quarterly lead-generation strategies to support sales goals.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors to support competitive positioning and negotiation.
  • Write and review email templates to increase awareness of our products in the target markets.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sciences, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Sales leadership experience, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Previous experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or medical sales is a plus..
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in using CRM and internet tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
