We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst & Documentation Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role requires an individual who can effectively gather business requirements, analyze processes, and document technical and business-related information. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team while ensuring clear and structured documentation for internal and external use.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced operational effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, development teams, and QA to ensure project alignment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that solutions meet business needs.
- Work closely with project managers to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and structured technical documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), Software requirement specifications (SRS), ERDs, user manuals, training guides, and FAQs.
- Ensure documentation is updated in line with process or system changes and meets compliance standards.
- Create process workflows and diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio, Figma, Draw.io or Lucid chart
- Maintain version control of documents and track revisions for consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve documentation quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Documentation Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Zoho, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with software development processes (Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
