About This Role

We’re a fast-moving analytics consultancy working with international clients across tech, retail, and startups — and we’re looking for someone to help turn our ideas into execution. Think of this role as a hybrid between an operations co-pilot, digital project manager, and light data assistant. You’ll be the force that keeps projects moving, systems running, and the founder focused on big-picture work.

This isn’t a corporate admin job. You’ll be in the trenches, building real things, learning fast, and shaping how we work.

What You’ll Do

Project & Systems Execution

• Maintain and update Notion/Google Sheets task boards
• Create checklists, SOPs, templates, and internal systems
• Write meeting summaries with clear next steps; ensure the planner evolves along with the discussions and meetings 
• Track progress, follow up, and keep deadlines on radar

Business Setup & Coordination

• Help finalize the website, logo, emails, and digital workflows
• Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and domain/email providers
• Set up tools like DocuSign, Google Workspace, Zapier, etc.

Light Analytics & Tech Support

• Update reports and dashboards in Sheets, Looker Studio
• Run simple SQL queries or coordinate data cleaning steps
• Organize incoming client data and maintain documentation

Presentation & Communication

• Draft client emails, onboarding decks, internal process flows
• Organize ideas into clean docs, slides, or briefs
• Write clear, simple, structured content (not fluff)

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in business ops, data, or project coordination
• Hyper-organized and systems-minded — you like order and clarity
• Comfortable with Google Suite, Notion, Canva, Slack, etc.
• Curious, resourceful, and sharp — you love figuring things out
• Strong written English — clear, concise, and professional
• Bonus: some exposure to SQL, dashboards, Zapier, Framer, or automation tools

What You’ll Get
