Job Summary

Closely work with Consumer, Private & Business Banking (CPBB) teams and functions (HR, Finance, Property, Technology, CEO Office, Regional CPBB Office) for smooth functioning of Consumer, Private & Business Banking operating rhythm

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the central point of cross-function collaboration for CPBB team. Liaise between frontline and back-end teams and resolving issues, if any.
  • Assist Consumer, Private & Business Banking Head in driving CPBB strategy & initiatives across the Bank and the Group, in line with Group & in-Country priorities. Assist with communications with external stakeholders, where required.
  • Ensure smooth running of HCPBB Office through proactive management of ongoing deliverables.
  • Conduct weekly forums to track business performance & CPBB initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews of all teams & follow-up on open items till closure. Engage functions where required.
  • Maintain communication with the wider Group & Country Consumer, Private & Business Banking team. Prepare communication, papers & presentations for business updates to be presented to CEO / Region office / Group visitors by CPBB Head. In doing so, ensure adequate research is conducted & latest updates are incorporated from relevant business function.
  • Engage people and resources to facilitate Group visitors in exploring Consumer, Private & Business Banking Pakistan. Be the central point of contact for all Group visits, staff engagement and client events across the CPBB space. Liaise with relevant teams (upstream & downstream) and communicate plans, ensuring a smooth flow of events. Post-event, ensure communication of the same on internal & external outlets, where applicable.

Qualifications

5+ years in Project Management, Governance &/or Financial Analysis
