Job Description CareCloud is seeking a Business Process and Automation Lead (HubSpot) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the adoption and optimization of automated workflows, streamline business processes, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Leveraging your expertise in HubSpot and CRM best practices, you will play a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize nurturing campaigns and other automated messaging strategies through HubSpot workflows.
• Segment contact lists to enhance prospecting and nurturing efforts for the sales and marketing teams.
• Define and implement engagement rules to manage and identify relationships across client locations, branches, divisions, and agencies.
• Work closely with Demand Generation and SDR teams to maintain a seamless deal pipeline from inquiry to sales conversion and revenue realization.
• Establish a system to track and report on campaign success, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards to provide real-time analytics and insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Manage integrations with external tools like Salesforce and Chili Piper using built-in solutions or custom webhooks as needed.
• Collaborate with the content team to design and execute email campaigns that generate interest in CareCloud's services.
• Ensure the health of the email domain and maintain high email deliverability rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Automation, or Business Process Automation in a B2B environment, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot expertise.

Tools / Skills

Skills & Tools:

• Advanced understanding of CRM best practices to reduce friction, boost productivity, and enhance outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with SQL is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and/or Python is a plus.
