We are looking for a motivated Business Technology Specialist to join our growing team. You will be supporting the implementation of technology solutions, assisting with client communications, and helping optimize business processes that drive real impact for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining clear communication and supporting their technology needs.
• Project Assistance: Support cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, and marketing) in delivering BizTech & MarTech solutions on time.
• Tech Implementation: Learn and help configure tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and business apps.
• Data & Reporting: Monitor system performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve client outcomes.
• Training & Documentation: Help create guides and provide basic training so clients and teams can make the most of implemented tools.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience (internships or junior-level roles in BizTech/MarTech are acceptable).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRMs, analytics tools, or marketing platforms is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills with eagerness to learn advanced solutions.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and contribute to decision-making.
