Business/Technical Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business/Technical Analyst to join us, responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making, reporting, and operational insights across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate brings experience in analytics, financial systems, or process automation, with strong skills in gathering business requirements and converting them into clear technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders with a focus on analytics, reporting, and operational process improvements.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support strategic goals.
• Prepare clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), wireframes, flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Support testing and validation activities, including writing test cases and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Contribute to the design of scalable solutions that support business intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Facilitate change management by evaluating impacts of business changes and supporting communication and training plans.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst, preferably in a data, analytics, or FinTech-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, KPIs, and process optimization.
• Experience working with reporting or analytics teams to define business metrics and translate data into insights.
• Ability to write clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
