Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and confident Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing and handling customer calls with expertise and professionalism. You will follow established communication scripts to address various topics and respond to calls effectively, identifying customer needs and providing guidance accordingly.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and take customer calls in a professional, confident, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when addressing different topics and responding to calls, maintaining consistency in customer interactions.
  • Identify customer needs during the call by actively listening and asking relevant questions to gain a clear understanding of their concerns.
  • Provide accurate information, assistance, and guidance to customers in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are appropriately addressed.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality by adhering to company policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.


Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum relevant experience required of 1-2 years.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident and professional phone demeanor.
  • Proficiency in data entry and customer information management.
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
  • A customer-focused attitude with the determination to deliver exceptional service.
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is beneficial.


Additional Information:

Type: Full-Time

Timings: 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Market Competitive
