Information Security Responsibilities

• • Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
  • Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Role and Responsibilities

• • A Chartered Accountant with 4 - 6 years of experience working in Record to Report function.
  • A candidate who has discontinued CA course and has at least 12 years of experience in Record to Report function can also apply.
  • The Candidate should have good communications skills.
  • Ensure monthly closure of books as per the agreed timeline.
  • Review of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Preparation of Flux analysis for Profit & Loss account
  • Review of Balance Sheet schedules in the format required by the management.
  • Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure financial integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory standards, including GST and TDS.
  • Review of Advance tax and self-assessment tax computation as per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961.
  • Manage the annual audit process, liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax, and transfer pricing auditors.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
  • Hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage.
