Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic insights and decision support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, including resource allocation and problem-solving.
- Leadership and team development skills, with a focus on mentorship and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ability to manage executive schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Crisis management experience with the ability to stay calm and lead effectively under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulatory developments within the USA market.
- Experience leading business review meetings and analyzing performance metrics.
- Financial management skills with experience in budget oversight and cost control.
- A commitment to maintaining quality standards and optimizing performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments to achieve strategic goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the department head, offering strategic insights, advice, and critical analysis to shape the department's strategy and align it with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between the department head, team members, other departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with the executive's vision.
- Oversee department operations, ensuring projects and initiatives align with strategic goals, and identify processes for improved efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Manage key projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet desired outcomes; coordinate across teams, allocate resources, and resolve issues during project execution.
- Assist the department head in decision-making by gathering relevant data, conducting analysis, and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner. Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Guide, mentor, and influence team members, supporting talent development and fostering a positive team culture.
- Manage the executive's schedule and priorities, controlling access to the department head and ensuring focus on critical issues.
- Coordinate responses during crises or unforeseen challenges, ensuring effective communication and implementation of strategies to minimize impact.
- Stay updated on trends, regulations, and dynamics within the USA market to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead and facilitate Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings to evaluate operational performance and strategize for improvements.
- Oversee operational budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-effective strategies for improved operational efficiency.
- Maintain and implement quality control measures to uphold product and service standards, meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
