Job Description:

As the Chief Operations Officer, you will oversee the company’s operational heartbeat, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities while managing staff and enforcing operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, improving overall efficiency, and maintaining high service standards for valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the floor operations team, driving productivity, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee seamless daily operations, proactively addressing any challenges and ensuring operational targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement, ensuring data-driven decisions are made.
• Resolve high-level customer escalations, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Drive staff development, fostering a learning environment through mentorship, training, and leadership programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders in other departments to align operational processes with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while promoting a safe and organized workplace.
• Present detailed operational reports to executive leadership, offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Operations Officer, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operations management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
