Role description

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator with expertise in cloud platforms to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Citrix environments on cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security across Citrix technologies. This position requires strong technical skills in Citrix, cloud deployments, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Citrix technologies:
  • Citrix Virtual Apps
  • Citrix Virtual Desktops
  • Citrix ADC/NetScaler
• Implement, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
• Manage and support Citrix Profile Management, Citrix Director, Citrix Studio, and Citrix Delivery Controllers
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for Citrix-related issues, including performance, connectivity, and user access problems
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, networking, and security best practices
• Experience with Citrix Cloud or hybrid Citrix deployments
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Citrix APIs, or cloud-specific automation tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Automation)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Group Policies in Citrix environments
• Familiarity with Citrix Workspace and App Layering technologies
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Citrix Director, CloudWatch, Nagios, or similar
• Ability to migrate on-premises Citrix environments to cloud infrastructure

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Linux and Windows administration
• Experience deploying and managing Citrix on virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud context
• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) certifications
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
