Role Overview
We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who will drive our outreach and client relationships through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct engagement. You'll be working on-site in Lahore with a highly collaborative team focused on delivering results.
This role is ideal for someone who can communicate clearly, write effective proposals, and identify client needs — especially around AI and SaaS. You’ll be selling customized technical projects to international clients, primarily in the US, EU, and MENA.
What You'll Do
Monitor Upwork daily for relevant projects and submit standout proposals
Engage prospects across Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound channels
Track pitches, replies, and meetings in CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate with technical team on scope estimation and delivery timelines
Drive the sales funnel from discovery to close
Report directly to the CEO and sales leadership
Must-Have Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Comfortable with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or direct sales channels
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Located in or near Lahore (on-site role)
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly
Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or Upwork workflows
Past work with AI, SaaS, or DevOps products
Experience with startup clients or digital agencies
Basic understanding of GenAI, RAG, or data infrastructure
