Job Duties
- Correspond with clients and carriers in a timely fashion
- Process and track claims
- Assist Client Account Managers in maintaining customer files via CRM and cloud storage systems
- Issue certificates, process endorsements, and handle client billing needs
- Participate in agency training programs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Generate referrals and 5-star reviews from new and current books of business
- Manage mail, phones, and projects assigned
- Cross-selling agency accounts
- Handle client issues in a patient and helpful manner
- Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail
- Update customer information in databases
- Consistently provide a unique customer experience
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience of 2 years or more
- USA Insurance Quoting/servicing experience is highly preferred
- C1 English Communication Skills
- Strong commitment to customers, with the desire to provide exceptional service
- Great communication and reasoning skills, written and verbal
- Present themselves at all times in a professional and dignified manner
- Bachelor's degree
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Internet connection: Fiber Optics 50mbps.
