Job Title: Client Advisor (Sales Function)

Job Location: Oniste near Mall Road, Lahore
Working Hours: 9hr and afternoon shift, (Monday-Saturday)
We're looking for a dynamic Sr. Advisor for one of our clients. In this role, you'll oversee client engagement, manage a team of advisors, and drive the expansion of our luxury brand nationally and internationally.
How you will contribute:
Lead & Manage: Supervise the client services team to deliver exceptional client experiences across digital platforms.
System Expertise: Utilize ERP, CRM, and Shopify to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
Strategic Growth: Plan and execute national and international sales events.
Client Relationships: Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Payment & Reconciliations: Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure seamless payment reconciliations and accurate financial tracking.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and ensure sales targets are met.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, e-commerce, and operations to resolve client issues and ensure product quality.
Shipping & Logistics: Oversee the smooth and timely delivery of products, ensuring all shipments are prepared and dispatched with precision. Collaborate with national and international courier partners to address any logistical challenges, ensuring our luxury standards are maintained at every step.
Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years of experience in client services, preferably in luxury fashion.
Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Shopify systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for luxury fashion and client-centric service.
Must be available to work possible evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
