Ahmed Solutions is looking for a Client Success Manager / Accounts Manager to handle client communication, meetings, and relationship-building. If you’re fluent in English, confident on camera, and passionate about delivering top-tier client service, we want to hear from you!

Location: Johar Town, G4 Block, Lahore (On-Site)

Salary: 60,000 PKR (Bonuses & Growth Opportunities)

Full-Time Role: Monday to Saturday, 3 PM - 11 PM PKT

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling 3-5 client meetings daily with confidence.

Building long-term client relationships & ensuring their success.

Responding to client queries within 5 minutes & resolving issues.

Tracking & optimizing client goals to ensure top performance.

Learning upselling & cross-selling strategies to help clients grow.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent spoken English – Must be fluent & confident (No compromise!).

Comfortable on camera – Video meetings will be part of your role.

Problem solver – Quick thinking & client-focused approach.

Highly responsive & organized – You need to be on top of client needs.
