JAbout the Role

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Specialist to support and manage our client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact, build strong client relationships, oversee onboarding, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilitie
