Your Role:

As our Client Support Setup Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in:

  • Configuring and optimizing customer service platforms to meet client needs
  • Enhancing implementation processes to deliver exceptional client service
  • Creating and maintaining detailed setup tutorials and SOPs
  • Auditing and optimizing platforms for peak performance
  • Providing support to Onboarding Specialists with platform-related queries
  • Reporting on progress and analytics to keep the team informed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, with an IT or Computer Science background preferred
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. is a plus
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills

Technical Requirements:

Personal PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speed.
