The positions will be based in Off-Campus Hospitals in Karimabad, Garden and Kharadar.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:- demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies
- provide high quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients
- administer medication safely, applying knowledge of drug and dosages, refers drug manual and/or pharmacy information as required, monitors patient responses to medication and communicate reportable findings promptly
- counseling and educating patients on health behaviors
- demonstrate efficiency in use of electronic monitoring equipment
- demonstrate competence in patient assessment and care plan accordingly
- perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
You should have:
- a Baccalaureaacte Degree in Nursing (BScN)
- at least three years of relevant nursing experience, including nursing traineeship
- valid license from Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC)
- certifications in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration and Intravenous Cannulation
- ability to assess, plan and manage patient care with expertise as per protocols
- willingness to work with shifts
- excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills.
