Position Title: Cloud & Server Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtualization Management: Administer VMware Esxi, vCenter, backups, snapshots, Veeam
• Server Administration: Manage Windows Server, including DHCP, DNS, IIS, FTP, SFTP, on-prem, hybrid & Azure servers.
• O365 Management: Oversee Microsoft 365 applications & user administration
• System Security: Identify & resolve system and server vulnerabilities, ensure data backups and system security operations, patch management etc.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Network Maintenance: Support data network services, manages VLANS etc.
• Microsoft Administration: Provide engineering and administrative support for the assigned areas (M365 Services, On-Prem Active Directory, Domain Controller, Hybrid, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, etc.)
• Direct experience migrating email from Exchange on-premises/hosted to Exchange online within O365 through various migration methods (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid)
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). Azure Active Directory (AAD) AAD Connect, Azure AD Sync, or Azure, and Office 365 services to include Exchange Online, Teams, Skype for Business Online, OneDrive for Business.
• Implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint online, One Drive, Intune, MAM / MDM, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc.
• Implements, Conditional Access/Tenant policies, M365 mobile device management and Intune.
• Communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft 365, On-prem, hybrid architecture, design, and implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Azure services including designing and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services, such as Entra, Azure App Service, etc.
• Experience with Data backups & virtualization solutions.

• English

Education & Certifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Microsoft Certified Engineer

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Pakistan Time.
