The Division

Vizergy, an award-winning hotel internet marketing firm, is seeking a highly talented Website CMS Manager. The ideal candidate will be a detail conscious individual with excellent English who wants to work with a dynamic, industry-leading team. In this role, you will be responsible for initially setting up all websites within the Vizergy Content Management System (CMS) prior to the buildout phase as well as handling client post website buildout revisions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure proper setup is complete and within project requirements. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, an ability to organize on-page content, and an ability to create a cohesive page layout that creates a positive user experience and drives bookings/conversions.

The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CMS Manager to manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing updates of client websites within our CMS. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Management and development teams to ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with client goals. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring timely project completion.

The successful hire will be located and work out of the Contour Software Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D Department.

Responsibilities

• CMS Setup and Configuration : Collaborate with the Project Management team to set up client websites within the CMS, including uploading, cropping, and organizing images.
• Content Management : Add, format, and update website content within the CMS, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to project guidelines.
• Form Creation : Implement and test website forms to ensure they function correctly and align with project requirements.
• Navigation and Structure : Edit footer navigation, ensuring consistent functionality and usability across the website.
• Call-to-Action (CTA) Updates : Update CTA information to optimize website conversions and align with client goals.
• Widget Integration : Add and configure necessary widgets to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Third-Party Integration : Implement and test third-party tracking codes, ensuring proper functionality and data collection.
• Schema Updates : Add schema item type to improve website SEO strategy.
• 404 page : Create custom 404 page with intro and website sitemap.
• Adobe Analytics Dashboard Management : Create Adobe Analytics client dashboards and report subscriptions.
• Internal Communication : Coordinate with internal teams to share relevant project information and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the development process.
• Timely Project Completion : Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to the project scope.
• Scope Management : Identify out-of-scope requests and review them with management to determine appropriate next steps.
• Client Revisions : Implement client-requested revisions within the CMS promptly, ensuring all updates are completed accurately and align with project requirements.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business and/or equivalent related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in website content management or a related role.
• Good understanding of Content Management Systems.
• Hands-on knowledge/experience of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, APIs etc.
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in account management, project management, and internet marketing is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
• Exceptional written & oral English communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality and travel industry is a plus .
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, in collaboration with colleagues and supervisors in a multi-cultural environment.
