Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist

Location: Onsite, Garden Town , LHR

Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to international prospects to introduce our IT solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with leads to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.


Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:


  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the IT or international markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Substantial use of LinkedIn
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT Background would be a plus)
