Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (On-site)

Working Hours:

  • Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
  • Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of outbound calling experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients, and a strong track record in lead generation within fast-paced environments. Experience in the IT managed services sector (helpdesk, cybersecurity, networking) is a significant advantage. This role plays a key part in initiating client relationships and supporting the company’s overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential U.S.-based clients daily
  • Generate and qualify leads through structured scripts and customized outreach
  • Clearly present company services and value propositions; handle objections confidently
  • Book qualified appointments or demos for the sales team
  • Keep detailed lead records and follow-up activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and targeting strategies
  • Stay updated on industry developments, client pain points, and competitor offerings
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and KPIs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred
  • Background in IT services (helpdesk, networking, cybersecurity) is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close leads
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator
