Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective cold email campaigns targeting prospective clients based on the company's goals and audience.
- Write personalized, persuasive, and engaging cold email copy that captures attention and drives responses.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Identify and segment target audiences using various online tools, databases, and methods to source and qualify potential leads.
- Set up and manage email outreach automation tools to scale and streamline email campaigns.
- Track key metrics such as open rates, response rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Use data to optimize campaigns and report on outreach performance.
- Ensure all outreach complies with email regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follows best practices to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam traps.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader marketing and business development strategies.
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B cold email outreach.
- Strong written communication and email copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
- Familiarity with CRM and email outreach tools.
- Basic understanding of email deliverability and spam compliance
