Major Accountabilities

• Design & execute on framework for training need analysis.
• Identify capability gaps, training needs, calendar and deployment methodology and set KPI in conjunction with channel.
• Develop and align development plan for capability/training programs (incl. setting launch/completion schedules and KPI.
• Own, Trans create & localize content for all learning needs of the team.
• Develop/Co-create with OC on training toolkits and WE CARE / Smoke free academy FUSE platforms (e-learning, toolkits) to promote self-learning.
• Localize all global trainings from global learnings portfolio.
• Identify and manager vendors to create content locally.
• Collaborate with vendors to build good quality content, monitor vendor quality and performance.
• Centrally manage training material provided by the global team. Manager the platforms for updates / new comms / materials manage the platforms for updates / new comms.
• Develop and drive relevant metrics to track training effectiveness / participation etc.
• Local content: Pivot/redesign/tweak programs based on effectiveness of programs and feedbacks received
• Manager the training Budget and vendor contracts etc.
  
  

Who we’re looking for?

• Bachelors or Masters graduate.
• At least 3-5 years of experience.
