Commercialisation Specialist

The commercialization engineer manages cross-discipline projects and/or portfolio of projects concerning new products or large change management impact .

Functionally leads project teams, often with a small core team, and works with a broad set of stakeholders (across the organisation) with conflicting interests to deliver new commercial avenues for the organization

S support business to implement new products/ideas as fast as possible with the highest quality. Our purpose is to manage and implement changes and innovation within Consumer Dairy/IC by being a Supply Chain Expertise Centre and creating a customer-oriented Supply Chain Footprint

What We Ask

Qualification:

• B.E Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) or Business Graduate

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, preferable in an operational supply chain/manufacturing environment

Vacancy Description

• CE leads for projects (e.g. NPD, New market out-roll, Local Redesigns, Local Contingency projects and manage In-house /3P CAPEX project as part of Innovation projects); Front to End (Idea to Implementation) at FCEPL/3P.
• CAPEX at in-house/3P CE support to implement project initiation & orientation; defines the scope of the project, determines the feasibility by building a business case and defines project objectives within agreed project management guidelines
• Explore 3P manufacturing site as per NPD requirements
• Initiate the EM/SQM audit pre-requisite in coordination w QA team
• Coordination w 3P for closure of Audit points and way forward
• Agreement w 3P in coordination w all FCEPL and 3P stakeholders
• In case of Capex Project, preparation & execution; executes project, coordinates the activities of the project team members, monitors progress of project and compliance with the project plan (using the project controls: Time, Money, Quality, Information, Organization and Risks ).
• Project closure & implementation; delivers the project in line with project objectives, budget and planning, discusses project results with business, hands over project to line management when necessary and evaluates the project with all involved stakeholders
  
  
  

Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Creates support for complete project approach (objectives, planning etc.), during execution, involves stakeholders in decision making and builds and maintains a network of relevant stakeholders
  
  
  

Information & Communication

• Ensures periodical project management reporting, quantitative and qualitative, according to defined formats and project management guidelines
  
  
  

People Management

• Functionally leads, coaches, develops members of the own project team, and gives input for appraisal
  
  
  

Continuous Improvement

Keeps up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimizes the implementation of and support for these at FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy
