Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated sales representatives to join our growing team on a commission-based model. As a Comission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers, influencers, and potential business partners. You will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule and earn commissions based on the sales you generate.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels (social media, email, events, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Promote Enroba’s clothing line and provide fashion styling advice to customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product launches from Enroba.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, fashion, or retail (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Passion for fashion and understanding of current trends in women's clothing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales strategies.
