This is a full-time on-site role for a Community & Admin Manager, located in Lahore. The Community & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the coworking space, managing member relations, planning and organizing community events, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for all members. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and fostering a collaborative and inclusive community.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience in community management and event planning
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
- Experience with coworking spaces or similar environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
