Location Karachi

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, or a related role.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP (specifically MM module) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to procurement activities.
  • Monitor procurement activities for potential risks and compliance violations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Stay up to date on relevant regulations, industry best practices, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Liaise with legal counsel, internal audit, and external authorities as needed.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data from various sources, including SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Develop compliance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Conduct data-driven risk assessments and provide data-supported recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP system issues and user inquiries related to procurement modules.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and guidance on SAP functionality and best practices.
  • Stay current on SAP updates and new releases, ensuring the system is optimized for procurement needs.
  • Configure and customize SAP settings and workflows as needed, in collaboration with IT and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on procurement compliance, systems, and processes.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, user guides, and online resources.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and continuous learning within the procurement function.
