This requires close inter and intra communication with all sites relevant stakeholders for smooth and efficient execution of the required roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure submission of relevant data related to compliance.
- Manage the department Self Inspection Audit/Management Monitoring programme.
- Ensure timely completion of GES / ES GAP Analysis and KPI reporting. Ensure all governance compliances for Engineering including GOLA, Risks, and others.
- Coordinate audit related activities and gap analysis to ensure all external and internal audit activities of the department are in compliance with audit guidelines, including audit preparation, documentation and schedule adherence as per regulatory and group requirement (i.e GQP, GQMP, GES and other site policies, procedures and operating instructions.
- Governance of the site’s CMMS system which includes but not limited to timely closure of all PM & CM workorders, PM plan adherence, Site Annual Maintenance Plan reviews; all by ensuring compliance to GES-103, GES-501 and GQP-4310.
- Co-ordinate with relevant department to track the implementation of CAPA from audit findings in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements. All issues are to be closed promptly for reporting to responsible site coordinator.
- Coordinate visits and surveys as per GSK global requirement (e.g. seismic report, asbestos survey) ensure actions arising from this are tracked and completed.
- Timely closure of EHS & Engineering Alerts. Manage all the documentation related to Engineering as document controller.
- Manage the department archive to ensure the index is updated, records are managed as per site retention schedule and accessibility is controlled as per site SOP requirements. Also engineering related records from project handover are handled over properly and archived.
- Ensure that requirements of TP-13, GRC Surveys, and AXA XL Audits are fulfilled in the concerned area.
- Bachelors in Engineering is required for this role.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a preferred for this role.
- Clear, proactive communication keeps stakeholders informed, escalate risks early and tailor messages to the audience.
- Strong organization and time management prioritize tasks, use checklists and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative problem-solving work with others to close CAPAs using data and practical solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset learns from audits, refine processes and support team development
