Why this job matters
- Our goal is to post at least 6 times every week on LinkedIn:
- 3 videos (1–2 talking-head + 1–2 screen-share demos).
- 2–3 text posts with strong graphics.
You will:
- Plan & script – short, clear words and a shot list.
- Batch-record – we film in one go (Sony ZV-E10, teleprompter, pro lights).
- Edit & publish – cut filler, add captions, B-roll, slice long clips into short clips, schedule on time.
- Repurpose the best LinkedIn video to YouTube once a month and vice versa.
Your work should keep our feed loud and fresh every single week.
What will you do
- Own the content calendar (Notion). Stay 2 weeks ahead.
- Edit videos: trim, B-roll, crisp 1080p/4K, long & short formats.
- Design visuals in Canva or Figma (carousels, covers, charts).
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for ideas and drafts.
- Post from our accounts.
- Aim at the right eyes
How do we measure success
- Zero missed posting dates.
- Videos flow fast; no dead air.
- Clean live calendar.
- Daily note: “done, issues, next.”
- Five bullets win by Saturday.
How we work (read twice)
- Extreme ownership – see a problem, fix it.
- Fast progress – in 60 days, you run the whole flow solo.
- Startup pace – many hats, quick tweaks.
- Daily 30-minute stand-ups (camera on).
- 6 days/week, 3 p.m.–12 a.m., on-site at The Hive, Lucky One, Gulshan, Karachi.
- The first two months are a probation period; great work leads to a long-term role.
Must-haves
- Proof of posting for a company/founder on LinkedIn or YouTube.
- Strong video-editing skills.
- Canva/Figma skills.
- Clear English writing.
- Love for AI tools and fast learning.
- Ready for the hours and the pace.
Nice-to-haves
- Know a bit about outbound, lead gen, or Clay.
- Comfortable on camera or Loom.
Pay & probation
You get the full agreed salary each month.
The first two months are a paid probation — a test run for both sides.
If your content hits the mark and your work ethic matches our pace, we lock in a long-term contract.
If not, we'll end our contract.
