Content Marketing Lead

The team is composed of startup founders turned builders, and pride ourselves on moving fast, caring about quality, and thinking like founders.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Lead to spearhead our content initiatives. This role encompasses primarily social media marketing, blog writing, website and landing page copywriting. In addition this position will also be involved in setting up some paid marketing and email marketing campaigns.

The objective will be to position Bricks Tech as a leading no-code/low-code software development agency, crafting content that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Content Creation: Produce compelling blog posts, website copy, and landing pages that effectively communicate our value proposition and convert visitors into leads. Ensure all website content is optimized for search engines to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Digital and Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Basic Design Creation: Utilize popular design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media and other content needs.
• Brand Positioning: Collaborate with leadership to craft and maintain a consistent brand voice that aligns with our mission and appeals to our ICP.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals.
• AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to research, generate content ideas, and enhance efficiency in content creation processes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the tech or software development industry.
• Proven track record in social media management, blog writing, and website copywriting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for content research and creation.
