About the Role
Conrad Labs is looking for a hands-on and creative Content Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and expand our brand presence. In this role, you will produce engaging content across a range of channels—such as blog posts, social media, newsletters, and website copy—to attract and engage our audience. You'll work cross-functionally to support product launches, drive inbound leads, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

What Will You Do?
Website Revitalization
- Overhaul the existing website to align with updated company direction, OKRs, and messaging
- Analyze website traffic, measure inbound inquiries, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates by 50%
Product Launch Marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Execute impactful product marketing campaigns that drive adoption and generate excitement
Brand Building & Management
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and internal communications
Content Creation & Collateral Development
- Create and update a wide range of marketing collateral, including:
- Company pitch decks
- Corporate overview presentations
- Client case studies
- Technical whitepapers
Technical Content Leadership
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop high-quality technical content (e.g., blog posts, articles, white papers) that showcases Conrad Labs’ expertise
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop a content calendar with clear objectives and KPIs
- Establish a consistent posting cadence (e.g., weekly) to maintain an active social media presence
Your Skillset
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in the technology or software services sector
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
- Experience working with and managing external agencies and vendors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Bonus Points
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
