Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist to build and elevate our clients’ brands across multiple portfolios. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and executing content strategies that grow our clients’ online presence, while also providing strategic communications support. You will develop engaging campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to enhance client success and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to drive engagement and expand clients’ online presence across platforms.
- Create and curate impactful, platform-specific content that aligns with clients’ business objectives and resonates with their target audiences.
- Lead integrated content marketing campaigns to boost clients’ brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistent posting schedules, timely responses, and engaging interactions with audiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase clients’ brand awareness through email marketing and other content distribution channels.
- Support clients with the planning and development of budgets and deliver campaigns based on agreed-upon KPIs.
- Develop and manage weekly and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights to achieve clients’ objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that reflects clients’ brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage customer support inquiries via clients’ social media channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends and platform changes, adapting clients’ strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain comprehensive social content calendars that account for clients’ different brands, regional needs, and product-specific promotions.
- Work with teams to identify new opportunities for clients to enhance their brand and reach.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients’ content initiatives align with broader marketing and business goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, communications, and client-facing roles, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that significantly grow clients’ engagement and followers.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies for client campaigns.Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills, adaptable to various clients’ platforms and audiences.
- Experience in crisis communication and managing online reputation for multiple brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
